These teas help reduce stress

Here are some herbal teas that help you calm down during a stressful time

We all face a lot of stress and anxiety problems that could lead to nervous breakdowns, depression and many other psychological problems that could lead to physical and health sufferings too. Here are some herbal teas that could help keep stress at bay.

Ginger - This spicy, fragrant root can be an excellent stress buster when having a bad day - think of adrak chai! It not only helps calm the mind but detoxifies the body and also aids digestion.
Chamomile - After a bad day, just put your feet up and enjoy a cup of warm chamomile tea and you'll see the worry lines on your forehead disappearing. Most people consume it as a health drink, but it has been scientifically proven that chamomile helps beat stress.

Lavender - Lavender leaves when added to your everyday tea have a soothing effect on your mind and body and can help you relax. Not only as tea, but a few drops of lavender oil when added to a warm bath can also help relax muscles. The herb can help you get a good night's sleep if your stress is causing sleepless nights.
