5 Steps To Looking 10 Years Younger

1 Avoid low fat diets
The truth is, fats are not a threat, they help our body regenerate vital hormones. Our vital hormones are actually produced from our cholesterol and dietary fat intake. Avoiding fats will not help you achieve weight loss, and it will not help you look 10 years younger. In fact, those who do go on strict, low fat diets, are often sick, and they look gaunt and weak. It is very important to eat foods that are high in nutrients, this includes fats too.

2 Avoid exercise machines
You will not have the ability to look 10 years younger after you do long, drawn out, endurance training. In fact long endurance training, especially running, can increase free radicals in our body, which will eat away at essential nutrients and tissues, and the effect of this will increase our age process.
3 Stop blaming being fat on your age
No one is ever fat because of their age. They are fat because they live, act, eat and think like they are fat, and most of the time they blame it on age. These people have not been able to be any other way, because they have conditioned themselves to be they way they are, and that is it. It doesn't matter how old you are, improving your health is truly a challenge, but it is a positive challenge, and it's one that can help you look 10 years younger.

4 Avoid dehydration
Keeping hydrated is a great secret to weight loss, and it can help you look 10 years younger too. Drinking water provides a lot of goodness to our body. It burns fat, suppresses hunger, and renews our skin. Begin drinking more water everyday, and in a few weeks you will noticeably look younger, look slimmer, and have more energy.
You will be helping your kidneys and liver greatly by drinking more water. Our liver is actually our number one fat burning organ.

5 Avoid long work outs
Long workouts won't help achieve weight loss. Nor will it help you look 10 years younger. In fact, long workouts will actually make your body store fat, and will increase your age process. We need and want to work out less. But do not stop working out all together, because if you don't workout, you are going to lose muscle tissue each year you age, and the effect of muscle loss is fat.
